Miami
Seaquarium offers a fun day for the whole
family. It offers exciting shows, great exhibits and
enjoyable, educational presentations. You can see
dolphins, whales, manatees, crocodiles, seals, sealions
and many other sea creatures. There is a Pirate’s
playground on the site for the children to play plus
loads of shows and exhibits that even the youngest
child will enjoy. One of the star attractions is to
swim with the dolphins - that's right you get in with
the dolphins and can swim around with them, pat them,
be snuggled by them and, of course, get your own special
photograph with your favourite dolphin. You can also
look at Lolita the killer whale and learn all about
manatees during your visit.
It is situated overlooking Biscayne Bay. Miami
Seaquarium opens at 9:30am to 6:00pm every
day of the year. The show schedules change based on
the day of the week. In general, it takes about four
hours or more to tour the whole park, and the best
times to arrive to see the cycle of shows are 9:30am
and 12:00pm. The admission fee includes visit to all
the presentations and show.
The best and easiest way to reach to Miami
Seaquarium would be to take Metrorail to
Brickell Station. From there take Bus B to Key Biscayne,
this will drop you off in front of the park. This
may seem like a fun day out but at the same time it
is highly educational for all family members
